FASB Proposes GAAP Taxonomy Guide on Financial Statement Location Dimensions

The FASB has released a proposed GAAP taxonomy implementation guide Financial Statement Location Dimensions: A Guide for Preparers. The guide’ is broken into two sections: (1) “How to Use Financial Statement Location Dimensions” and (2) “How to Use Dimensions for Recording Transactional Information.”

Comments on the guide are due by November 30, 2023.
