SEC Updates Regulation S-K C&DIs

The staff in the SEC’s Division of Corporation Finance has updated its Regulation S-K compliance and disclosure interpretations (C&DIs) related to legal proceedings. Specifically, the staff (1) revised Questions 105.01 and 105.03 and (2) withdrew Question 105.02.
