FASB Staff Releases Proposed SEC Taxonomy Improvements

The FASB staff has released “proposed technical and other conforming improvements” to the 2027 SEC Reporting Taxonomy. The improvements include modified documentation labels and modified references.

Comments on the proposed improvements are due by October 30, 2026. For more information, see the release notes on the FASB’s Web site.
